Immunizations

Massachusetts law and Massachusetts Department of Public Health regulations require that children be immunized against several diseases before they enter school. These regulations change every few years as new vaccines become available. Parents are required to submit documentation of immunization before their child can enter school for the first time as well as when they receive any new vaccinations.
