Did you know that Wednesday, April 24th marked National Guide Dog Day?
Second Graders at Chamberlain Elementary received an unexpected treat when they were visited by five adorable and well-trained furry companions, accompanied by their handlers.
These remarkable dogs are part of the Guiding Eyes for the Blind National organization, which offers guide dogs to individuals with visual impairments. Guiding Eyes is proudly accredited by the International Guide Dog Federation (IGDF), ensuring that their breeding and training practices meet rigorous global standards.
